| The Bombarding Temperature Gauge monitors the glass temperature of the tube during the bombarding cycle to: (1) ensure that glass temperature is high enough for sufficient degassing; (2) prevent the tubing from being overheated, which may damage the phosphor powders and cause deformation of the glass; and (3) monitor glass cool down temperatures in correlation with vacuum levels obtained during pump down. No more guess work with crayons or paper. Simply clamp the thermal couple to the center of the tube for an easy-to-read digital display in either Centigrade or Fahrenheit for electrode processing exactly as the manufacturer recommends. | The Bombarding Milliamp Meter precisely monitors the current level throughout the bombarding process. The Milliamp Meter has an operating range of 0-1,000 mA and is compatible with any size bombarder. When used with the Bombarding Temperature Gauge, the Milliamp Meter allows processing exactly to the electrode manufacturer's specifications for the best possible results. |

Daco offers Bombarders and Chokes suitable for all applications in a full
range of sizes up to 15KVA. All bombarders are compatible with
208-240 line voltage. Chokes are available in sliding core or
variac models. A bombarding milliamp meter and bombarding
temperature gauge are recommended with every bombarding system
for best control of tube processing.

| CHOKEMASTER VARIAC CHOKE | |
|---|---|
| The Chokemaster Variac Choke is a DC reactance choke controlled by a 10 amp variac. The Chokemaster provides precise control of the bombarding current by simply turning the dial on the variac to the desired level. Controls any bombarder up to 15KVA over a continuous range from 20% to 100% of output. |

The Prewire Unit makes installation of the bombarding equipment easy, efficient, and safe. It prevents accidental activation of the bombarder by acting as a disconnect switch for the incoming electricity. No power is available to the bombarder until the switch is depressed. The power is turned off immediately when the switch is released. The Prewire Unit includes the magnetic contactor and your choice of a thumb switch or a foot switch. |
